John Song

PhD, PE, PTOE

President

Mr. Song is an accomplished professional and leader in transportation planning and engineering with 25 years of experience. He has successfully led and delivered numerous transportation projects and programs, from small to multi-million and multi-faceted, to his clients' satisfaction. Mr. Song’s technical expertise spans the full spectrum of transportation planning, design, and operations including: regional master plans, corridor planning, scenario planning, traffic & revenue studies, travel demand modeling, traffic operational modeling, traffic impact analysis, and safety analysis. He is also proficient in traffic engineering design, encompassing signals, signs, pavement markings, illumination, ITS, and traffic control plans. Mr. Song is renowned for delivering innovative, forward-thinking solutions to unique projects such as Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAV), Smart Work Zones, and enterprise data applications.

Tom Li

AICP, GISP

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Li is a dedicated, client-focused professional who is known for his high-quality work and technical innovation. He has 15 years of experience in the industry and recently served as the Technical Director of Urban Analytics Practice at a top ENR firm. With a background in planning, transportation, and geography, he is passionate about leveraging advanced technology to "connect the dots" across the built environment - including transportation, water, energy, environment, planning and urban design, sustainability, resiliency, disaster mitigation, real estate and economics, and social vulnerability. He specializes in data integration, GIS, modeling and simulations, and in developing processes, dashboards, and tools that deliver unique value to clients. He has a proven track record of creating data-driven methodologies and tools that transform decision-making processes.
